Our Mission & Vision

Mission: To eliminate educational barriers for children in Atlanta by providing financial aid, resources, and mentorship.

Vision: Within the next 10 years, we aim to see a community where every child, regardless of their background, has equal access to higher education and professional opportunities, transforming the socio-economic landscape of Atlanta.

Strategic Framework

The Need

Research shows that 1 in 5 children in our local district lacks the necessary supplies and tuition support to complete secondary education. We address this urgent gap through direct intervention.

SMART Goals

In our first 3 years, we aim to support 1,000 students with full tuition coverage and achieve a 95% school retention rate among our beneficiaries.

Theory of Change

By providing resources (Input) and educational programs (Activity), we achieve better grades (Short-term Result), leading to higher graduation rates and career success (Long-term Impact).

Operational Excellence

Our Team

Led by David Wasserman, our team consists of 15 dedicated professionals across education, finance, and community outreach, supported by over 100 active volunteers.

Sustainability

We maintain financial health through a diverse mix of corporate partnerships, government grants, and community crowdfunding, ensuring our programs last for decades.

Risk Management

We proactively manage operational and financial risks through rigorous auditing, transparent reporting, and contingency planning for economic shifts.

Stories from our Principal

"Having spent over 20 years in the education sector, I've seen firsthand how a little support can change a child's entire life trajectory. At Social Housing, we aren't just giving out books; we are giving out hope and a path to a better future. My experience working with diverse communities in North America has taught me that the potential is everywhere, but the opportunity is not. We are here to change that."
